Drone swarm authorization officer

Mission

The operations authorization officer supports Drotek customers in setting up and monitoring their swarm drone operations. A specialist in the regulations governing drone operations in specific categories, he assesses the feasibility of operations, carries out risk analyses and trains Drotek customers in the drafting of operating authorization applications.

Contact

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Operations authorization officer liaises with the sales team for customer follow-up, and with the design office for technical documentation.

Activities

• New customer support : training / masterclass on the SORA method, assistance in writing the first risk analysis, support for the first authorization application.
• Customer support : feasibility analysis of swarm flights, application for ZRT for training areas
• Drafting of generic SORA : support for customers after their first operations in the creation of a generic SORA.
• Technology watch : with the engineering office, monitoring changes in regulations for swarm flights, updating technical documents supplied to our customers.
• Management of in-house operating authorizations : for Drotek test flights, with prototypes flying in specific categories.

Required profile

• Good interpersonal skills with B2B customers
• Methodology and rigor in documentary writing
• Communication skills in French and English
• Being a drone pilot is a plus
